Collaborate

We truly believe that you will receive exceptional value in our Collaborate sessions, but we also know that sometimes these sessions are not perfect for everyone or every business, so let's break it down like this:

  • First month in Collaborate: FREE, so no refund.
  • During the first three months of paid Collaborate sessions you may cancel at anytime and receive a 100% refund.
  • We will not refund the Welcome Kit (when it becomes available). Quite honestly that is a hard cost to us, so no refund, sorry.
  • After your first 3 months we'll continue on month-to-month or you can pay in advance for a discount. If you decide to stop your participation in Collaborate then we'll refund you the amount of every whole month for which you have paid in advance.
  • If your memberships is cancelled by us. Collaborate is not for everyone and at times we may have to part ways. If we separate, well we'd like to part as friends. The present month will be refunded and any prepaid months will be refunded. We think that's pretty fair.
  • We'll always be good. When in doubt, and where ambiguity exists, we'll default always to being the best people we can and settle up with you in most amicable manner. 

Last thing, and this is important, refunds mean that for some reason we have not met your needs.

Honestly, that's horrible.

We want to know what we can do to keep you as a member. We're not perfect humans, but we believe the practices we are putting in place, coupled with our technology, is more perfect than what has come before.
